The Youth Partnership Booking & Payment Policy

This Booking & Payment Policy applies to all fee-for-service programs and services delivered by The Youth Partnership (TYP) and does not apply to the Workplace Coordination Program provided under our contract for Service Region A.

Bookings

  • A quote will be provided based on the estimated number of participants at the time of enquiry.
  • Quotes are valid for 5 business days.
  • To confirm a booking, a signed Booking Form and a 10% non-refundable deposit are required.
  • Final participant numbers must be confirmed at least 21 days before the scheduled program date.
  • Program fees will be based on the final confirmed participant numbers. Participant numbers reduced within 21 days of the program date will still be charged at the confirmed booking numbers.
  • Additional participants may be accepted after confirmation, subject to availability. Any additional fees will be invoiced once the change has been confirmed.

  • Participant substitutions are welcome at any time prior to the commencement of the program.

Fees and Payment

  • An invoice will be issued 21 days prior to the program date.
  • Payment is required within 7 days of the invoice date.
  • Full payment must be received before the program is delivered. TYP reserves the right to postpone or cancel services where payment remains outstanding.

Attendance

  • Refunds are not available for participants who do not attend the program.
  • Post-program services or make-up sessions are not available for participants who are absent.

Customer Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 21 days before the program date will forfeit the 10% booking deposit.
  • Cancellations made between 21 and 15 days before the program date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total program fee.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the program date are not eligible for a refund and the full program fee remains payable.
  • Any non-refundable third-party costs incurred by TYP (including transport, venue hire or other supplier charges) will be charged to the customer at cost.

Cancellations by The Youth Partnership

If TYP needs to cancel a scheduled program due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to arrange an alternative delivery date within 12 months.

If an alternative date cannot be agreed upon, a credit for the full value of the program will be issued and may be used towards another TYP program within 12 months.
