With more than 45 years of leadership and business experience, including 20 years as CEO, I am passionate about helping young Australians confidently navigate the transition from school to further education, employment, or training. I believe people are at the heart of every successful organisation and have worked to create a supportive, family-friendly workplace where every team member is valued and respected. Seeing both our young people and our team grow and succeed is what continues to inspire me every day.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me travelling or spending time with family and friends. As a mum of two teenagers experiencing the excitement and challenges of career decision-making, I love playing a part in building partnerships between education and industry to support young people as they explore their future pathways.

I am a proud mum of three boys and spend most weekends cheering from the sidelines at local sporting fields. I am passionate about helping young people discover what’s possible beyond the classroom, through meaningful workplace experiences that build confidence, broaden horizons and open doors to future careers.

Robyn is an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse with a committed focus on Education and Research. More recently, Robyn has led and supported teams in both Clinical and Corporate Governance. Her passion is to ensure healthcare, through education, is a safe place for everyone.

Lee Evans brings a wealth of experience from his 12 years serving as a member of the NSW Legislature, where he developed a deep understanding of policy, governance, and the communities he served. With a strong background in hospitality, food service, and business, Lee combines practical industry knowledge with his extensive experience in public service, making him a valuable contributor to the board.
