Creating connections

Our team

The Youth Partnership pride itself on having an exceptional workplace culture. We have instilled an environment where every voice is equal, new ideas are celebrated and hard work is consistently rewarded.

Diana Lang

As CEO of The Youth Partnership, I have been able to utilise the knowledge and experience gained from my 25+ years in the business world to grow our successful organisation to the stage where we place more than 6,000 young people in local work places each year.

As a keen supporter of local business networks, I am actively involved in organisations such as NSW Workplace Learning Network, Southern Strength Agile Manufacturing Network, Sutherland Shire Economic Development Committee, Work Placement Coordination Management Group and the Workplace Engagement Reference Group.
